How refunds are handled for road products and any service fee, and the limits set by issuing authorities.

1. Road products
Once a road product has been issued against a licence plate, the issuing authority's rules determine whether any refund is possible. In many countries an issued product is not refundable.
2. Incorrect registration details
A product issued against an incorrect plate may be invalid and may not be refundable. Registration details should be checked carefully before confirming.
3. Service fees
Where a service or processing fee applies, it is always displayed before confirmation. Refund treatment of that fee is set out at the point of purchase.
4. Current build
No payments are taken in this build, so no refunds arise from it.
