How credentials are handled
Every call that uses credentials runs server-side. API keys are stored as server secrets and never reach the browser, and each provider call carries a timeout, a retry strategy and structured logging.
No provider credentials are configured in this build, so provider calls return an explicit "not configured" error rather than sample data.
